The annual spring challenge is back.  Maybe your health and fitness resolutions have melted right along with the winter snow or  maybe you are just ready to mindfully choose to put your health first again.  Open to all staff this is DCS Fit's 5th year!

Many of our fellow staff members have lost weight, improved their health by participating in the challenge activities.   

Your participation does spring you into opportunities to win gift cards just for regular reporting.  Each team will have a bi-monthly drawing for invested team members!
