Welcome to our 30-day winter physical activity challenge! We all know that the hardest time to stay active is that month between Thanksgiving and Christmas. Your Moody Nolan Wellness committee would like to challenge you to stay active during the holidays this year!
The format is simple. For each day that you have at least 30 minutes of physical activity, you get a point. Please leave a note saying what you did each day! (Just one or two words: "Walking", "Cycling", etc) At the end we will publish the notes as a visual survey of what our company does to stay active!
There are challenge milestones at 10, 15, 20 and 30 points. No teams this time, because we are all in this together! Talk to your coworkers and offer to try out their favorite activity. Go for a 30-minute walk or jog together during lunch. Sign up for something unique like a fitness class. Also feel free to use the comments section to encourage each other!
