Description:

21-Day Virtual Fitness Program is RU REC's fitness initiative to encourage the Rutgers community to Do What Moves You during "Exercise is Medicine" month of October! Be your healthiest self by completing 150 minutes of intentional physical activity each week! 

How the challenge works:

  • Create a profile in this Challenge Runner system
  • Download our RUREC2GO app and click on "Fitness Challenges" to log your time everyday.
  • Complete and record your minutes of intentional physical activity each day completed in a minimum of 10-minute increments. Minutes must be recorded within 24 hours of the completed date. 
  • What is Intentional Physical Activity? Any intentional movement including but not limited to walking, playing a sport, running, biking, strength training, or taking fitness & wellness classes such as Spinning, Bodypump, Zumba, and Yoga. 
  • Weekly prizes will be raffled to those who achieve the goal of 150 minutes!
  • If you chose to create and be part of a team- encourage your team daily to move!! Prizes will only be given to individuals.
