Welcome to the 2016 Spring Walking Challenge! The purpose of this event is to promote health by encouraging both office and homebased employees to lead a more active lifestyle.
This year's challenge has a slight twist compared to previous challenges. Individuals will be rewarded with prizes based on their own progress over a 4 week period, however we asked people to select small teams of 5 to help motivate one another. The top team will be recognized, though the main purpose is to get people moving towards their own fitness goals!
