Dickinson College Campus Recreation is putting on a 4-week virtual fitness challenge allowing you to compete with your friends and other students.  Tracking can be done by syncing different devices or by entering your minutes daily.  Those students who complete the challenge which entails earning a minimum of 150 minutes of physical fitness each week, for four weeks (or 600 minutes of activity at the conclusion) will receive a free t-shirt.  Additionally, Campus Recreation will be providing prizes such as wireless earbuds, Fitbit, hydrostatic water bottles, etc.

The rules for this challenge entail the following

  • Must have 150 minutes of activity every week for four weeks
  • You have up to 24 hours to log your minutes if you are doing it manually.  For example, if I work out Sunday for 30 minutes I have until the end of Monday to log that time.
  • Must be registered by the start of the challenge which is February 8th at 12:01 am
