Shumaker's Walk It or Work It Challenge is a fun and easy program to motivate you to get moving!
Walk It or Work It runs from Wednesday, October 17 through Monday, December 31st
Participants will log their daily exercise activity using their fitness trackers and the ChallengeRunner App.
Milestone prizes will be awarded periodically throughout the challenge and overall winners will be announced in early January 2019.
Walk It or Work It Challenge Rules:
1. Be honest in your reporting... remember... we put the HONOR in honor system.
2. Per day step limit is 15,000.
3. All steps/activities must be recorded within 3 days of the activity.
