Welcome to Wellness Week and The Shumazing Race!

Well Involved has a weeks' worth of fun activities embedded in The Shumazing Race and we hope you will find several fun team and individual activities to participate in!

  • Steps Walked - This activity runs from today until next Thursday and is simply a challenge to get you to increase your daily step count!

    • You can use supported activity trackers to automatically record your steps or you can enter your steps manually if your tracker activity isn't supported.

    • The daily step totals will be capped at 20,000 and you will earn 25 points for each 1,000 steps you record each day.

  • Coffee & Smoothies - On Monday stop down to the Cafe for Coffee & Smoothies and you'll earn 25 points - Just for enjoying a Hot or Cold Beverage!
  • Scavenger Hunt - On Monday, we'll email you a list of clues to use to find the locations. Find the right spot, snap a selfie of you and your teammates and then upload the image to Challenge Runner. You can upload a new image each day and you will get 25 points each time you do!

  • Financial Wellness Lunch and Learn - On Tuesday, if you attend our Financial Wellness Lunch and Learn you can score another 25 points for yourself and get lunch on us!

  • Cardio Drumming - On Wednesday, plan to spend your lunch hour out in the parking lot trying out one of the latest fittness crazes - Cardio Drumming!  We'll have lots of cardio drums set up and several short demo sessions for you to try.  If you participate in one of the demos you'll earn 25 points.

  • Biometric Screening - On Thursday, if you come in for our Biometric Screening, you'll not only get a $10 Kroger Gift Card - but, you'll also earn another 25 points.

There will be prizes awarded at the end of next week to the top three teams and to the top three individual participants as well.
