Designed to help you commit to a good night’s sleep and feeling more rested during the day.
Goal to commit to 7 hours of sleep each night. Record and keep track of your sleep in TriFit.challengerunner.com.
Challenge starts Saturday 1 September and will end on Monday 24 September. Please record your stats daily! Last day to enter stats is 25 September.
Rewards given to those with the most points but also those that improve their sleep hours up to 7 hours or more a night by the end of the challenge.
