Our Fall Fitness Challenge is a fun and easy program for motivating participants to get more physically active.  We challenge you to 150 minutes of cardiovascular exercise per week.  The Fall Fitness Challenge is 8 weeks and will begin on Monday, August 31st and end on Sunday, October 25th.  Participants will log their exercise minutes each day using the ChallengeRunner.com trackerWe will be awarding incentives throughout the challenge, so sign up today!
