To run in the morning!

To compete in this challenge, one must add physical activity to their early morning routine and track it using a pedometer of some sort.  A competitor within this challenge must complete at least 5,000 steps before 8 a.m. and screen shot or take a picture of the proof of their efforts.  Be sure that the time and date can be accessed from your picture.  For example, if you have a fitbit, then you can simply screenshot the fitbit app, which includes the date and the time will most likely be visible in the top right of your phone.  If you simply have a pedometer, then you can take a picture of your pedometer and the properties of the picture will display the time and date of the picture.  Please create a folder with your name on it and upload your pictures to the shared drive weekly, by Monday at 5 p.m. At the end of each challenge week, the folders will be tallied and the pictures will be deleted.  It is imperative that you upload your pictures for the previous week to the folder by close of business on Monday or you may not receive credit for your hard work.

Each participant will receive one point for successfully completing 5,000 before 8 a.m.
