The Biggest Loser Challenge is an 8-week team weight loss challenge. Weekly weight loss
educational resources and motivational materials are provided on topics such as nutrition,
physical activity, stress management, and goal setting.

Please note your percent weight loss will not display on the Leaderboard until two weeks of weight entry have been submitted. Your first weight will be entered on Week 1 of the challenge.
