The goal to this 30-day challenge is to encourage you and your teammates to incorporate small healthy activities into every aspect of you like, including diet, physical activity, sleep quality, stress management and more! 

Each day you will aim to complete one or two activities from the list provided. Some of these activites will come more naturally to you than others, which is why you can only count each activity twice for the duration of the challenge! Ultimately, we hope you find healthy habits that you can incorporate into your daily habits. 

You will be competing as a team of your choosing, but there has to be 3 people in your team (no exceptions)! Work with your teammates to stay motivated, share healthy tips and begin racking up those points! 

There will be weekly prizes for the top point earner that week (a raffle drawing for ties) and prizes for all members of the top two teams at the finish!
