1. Post a pic of a healthy meal in FB Group (post as many as you want- 1 point max/day!)
2. 3 servings of veggies per day (1 serving is 1 cup- 1 point max/day)
3. Drink 1/2 your body weight in onces each day (1 point max/day)
4. Zero fast food or highly processed food eaten for the day (1 point max/day)
