Stretch to the Limit Challenge
August 1
st – August 31st (group challenge):

  • Increase your energy, stamina, and flexibility by stretching at least 10 minutes per day
  • Compete in groups of 3-5

Points tracking:

  • Earn/record 1 point for every minute of stretching
  • Earn up to 45 points per day
  • Team points will be averaged on Leaderboard

Individuals earn 7 wellness credits at 200 points

Prizes for individuals on team with highest average:

  • NovoFit drawstring bag
  • Set of 5 resistance bands
