Description:

Please enter your body fat and muscle mass percentages rounded to one decimal place.

For body fat, the body composition scanner will give you an exact percentage. For muscle mass, you will have to manually calculate the percentage based on the absolute muscle mass and body weight figures given by the scanner.

You may update your information as regularly as you would like. We strongly encourage you to use the office scanner to provide consistent data throughout the challenge.

Note: Please only enter new data if it is better than your most recent entry (e.g. a lower body fat % or higher muscle mass %)
