This challenge will promote wellness by encouraging participants to walk more often during the day. Participants must use a pedometer or fitness tracker to record the number of daily steps taken and record this number into the ChallengeRunner.com system. The challenge will run for 9 weeks. After 9 weeks the participants who have walked a total of 200 miles or more will be invited a to a group dinner.
