The OAFA Fitness Challenge will begin Monday, February 6 and end on Friday, March 31. This will be an individual challenge. There will be individual rewards along the way and at the end of the challenge for each fitness aspect you
are tracking. There will also be team rewards as we "step" our way around the globe toward delicious food and good health.
