Entering Points

Total Physical Activity: Enter minutes of activity If you are tracking steps every 10,000 steps is 30 minutes. After the first 10,000 steps, each 5,000 steps is 15 minutes

Healthy Breakfast: Yes or no for a point. 

Water: Yes or no for a point. Drink half your weight in ounces. 

Sleep: Enter total hours of sleep up to 7. 

Stress Reduction: Yes or no for a point. Complete 10 minutes of stress reduction that is not connected to media/television. 

No pop/sugary drink: Yes or no for a point. 

No alcohol: Yes or no for a point. 

 

There will be other mini team challenges throughout the program and those will be explained at that time.
