The goal of this challenge is to complete 50,000 steps per week for all four weeks in December. This means, that at the end of the month, you will have accrued 200,000 steps.

You can use a pedometer, fitbit, or other fitness tracker to track your steps. Be sure to input your data each day. The weeks will run Sunday-Saturday. The challenge begins December 4th and ends December 31st.

In order to qualify for a prize (placing in the top three), you MUST have at least 50,000 steps each week. This is to avoid participants waiting until the last week to get all 200,000 steps in.
