The "Activate Your Sleep Challenge" encourages people to get a minimum of 7 hours of sleep per day.  A landmark study on human performance found that the best performers averaged 8:36 of sleep. The average American sleeps 6:51 on week nights. Imagine a workplace full of well rested, energetic and happy people!

The Activate Your Sleep Challenge requires that you access the "Sleep Well" activity in Egnyte; print the "Individual Scorecard"; track your sleep for 7 days from Monday night, September 12th, through Sunday night, September 18th; and, "rate your day" each day on the Scorecard.
