Admin How-To Guide

Use this feature whenever you need promotional content for a challenge, for example:

• Launching a new challenge and needing announcements
• Promoting a challenge with posters or digital flyers
• Sending instructions or onboarding info to participants
• Managing many challenges, each with different goals or rules

What It Does

When you generate materials using AI, ChallengeRunner will automatically create:

Item	Description
Email Draft	A ready‑to‑send email announcement tailored to your challenge settings (name, dates, activities, goals)
Flyer / Poster Design	A printable or digital flyer, with branding, design elements, and challenge details
Participant Directions	Clear, step‑by‑step instructions for participants: how to join, submit data, use tools, etc.

Each item is editable so you can adjust wording, style, or visuals before distributing.

How To

1. Log in to ChallengeRunner.com as an Admin and create or select a challenge.
2. Click the Edit Challenge button next to the challenge name.
3. Click the Generate Promotional Materials link.
4. If desired, enter any additional information you would like to include in your promotional materials up to 1000 charaters.
5. Click Submit and the system gathers your challenge data (name, dates, rules, etc.) and produces:
   • an announcement email
   • a flyer image or PDF
   • participant directions
6. Download and review the generated materials. If needed, make edits to content or design.
7. Send or share as needed.

Please Note: If you make changes to your challenge or activities, you may use the Regenerate Promotional Materials link.

Access & Permissions

• Available to admins with Commercial or Enterprise plans.
• Permissions mirror those for editing challenges: only admins who can edit or create challenges can generate materials.
• Generated materials are stored in the challenge’s administration page so you can revisit or re‑generate if needed.
