Description:

Physical activity doesn't need to be complicated.  Something as simple as a daily brisk walk can help you live a healthier life.  The faster, farther and more frequently you walk, the greater the benefits.  For this challenge, we are going to use the CDC's recomendation of 150 minutes of moderate exercise per week, which is equivalent to 10,000 steps per day. So, start walking Friendship!!
