2018 Go Green - Restore Your Mind and Body

Unload the stress and eat a little greener this fall!

Time Frame:  Saturday, September 1st  - Saturday, October 13th!

Let’s get green inside and out.  This fall, our DCS Fit Challenges us to once again take time to be mindful of our health as we take as much care for ourselves as we do those around us.

First:  Get out of the classrooms, offices and buses to take a 10 minutes to decompress in the outdoors

Second:  Eat a couple of handfuls of green vegetables with two meals a day.

Third:  Take your activity outside. Cycle, walk, or run outside to add up to 26.2 miles (that’s a marathon) over 42 days!
