This 30-Day Challenge will promote fitness and overall wellness by encouraging participants to become more active. To receive credit, participants must log into the ChallengeRunner.com system each day and check that they performed the tasks lined out in the challenge. While it is recommended that participants log these minutes every evening, they have up to three days to log their activity.

This challenge will run for 30-Days. At the conclusion of this period, participants who completed and logged each task every day for 30 days and signed up for the weekend newsletter will be entered to win one of 3 gift cards to Nordstrom!

The Honey We're Home Fitness Challenge has the following requirements:

  • Exercise 20 minutes 6 days a week 

  • Drink 64 oz. of water a day

  • No fried food • No desserts • No alcohol (1 “cheat day” per week)

  • Meditate • Pray • Gratitude Journal

  • Get adequate sleep
