Get Moving Activity Challenge
(30-45 minutes of jogging or walking each day)
The Challenge will promote wellness by encouraging participants to move their bodies more during the day. Participants must record the number of minutes they perform some type of moderate activity and record this number into the ChallengeRunner.com system. While it is recommended that participants log these minutes every evening, they have up to seven days to record activities.
This challenge will run for six weeks. At the conclusion of six weeks, the participants with the top three recorded minutes will be awarded the following:
- First Place Award
- Second Place Award
- Third Place Award
In addition, every participant who records a minimum of 840 minutes (20 daily) will receive aparticipation award.
The Basic Activity Challenge has the following characteristics:
- In the leaderboard, each participant is able to see where they stand in relation to other participants using real names.
- Participants are allowed to enter up to 120 minutes each day.
- Steps are to be recorded and logged every day; however, participants may enter steps taken up to seven days after the log date.
