Challenge yourself, compete against your peers, and help the Missouri Army National Guard improve our overall fitness and readiness!

Participate in one or more challege:  running (miles), aerobic activity, push-ups, core, squats, and nutrition.

Compete in peer groups based on your Army Physical Fitness Test scores (or civilian group).
