Who can be the most consistant with exercise as we start the summer? Let's see!
The person with the highest number of workouts gets $100.
- Workouts must be logged on Strava and must show either GPS or Heart Rate for the entire duration (no manually workouts!)
- Workouts must be at least 30 minutes long
- Only one workout per day will be counted towards the challenge
- These workout types will be allowed:
- Strength Training (remember to log your heart rate or it won't count!)
