Description:

Welcome to the SAINT WELLNESS SPRING CHALLENGE! 

This challenge will incorporate many different wellness activities.  You will be able to give yourself points each day for different wellness tasks that you have completed.  At the end of the week, the points will be added up to reveal the wellness winner and a weekly prize will be given.  Everyone is encouraged to participate. Fitness devices or trackers will not be used for this challenge.  You will have to log in and manually input your data each day.  Frequent reminders will be sent to all participants.
