Log Your Lunch Challenge
Date - Date
Overview: The Log Your Lunch Challenge encourages you to make small changes at lunchtime to improve your food choices. For example, cut down on saturated fat in a salad by using a vinaigrette, rather than creamy dressing or choosing protein foods that are prepared in healthier ways, such as grilled or baked, instead of fried. By making small changes to your diet, you should see benefits in your overall health and be able to make this a part of your normal routine. Small changes at lunchtime can make a big difference. Take the Log Your Lunch Challenge to find a healthy eating style that works for you!
Challenge Instructions: Log your lunch for 3 days at the beginning of the challenge. Record on the Challenge Tracking Form when you completed this step. Next, evaluate your lunch's nutritional content and variety, and make one goal each week to help improve your diet. Record on your challenge tracking form when you made these improvements. Once you have completed the challenge, record your Lunch Log & Nutritional Goal completion online to receive credit. Select the day you would like to record and select the Lunch Log Or Nutritional Goal option based on which activity you completed for that day.
If you are unable to record online, submit the completed Challenge Tracking Form to the GPA Wellness Department at firstname.lastname@example.org or fax to 469-445-3151 to receive credit.
