Let’s start making small changes, together.

Everyone wants to be healthier, but it can sometimes seem like an impossible task. When do you start? How do you start? This year we're challenging the community to join us—starting wherever you are right now—and together, make small daily changes that will impact your health in the long run.

With that in mind, we have created this team challenge for those who would like some extra motivation, a method of tracking their progress and the opportunity to work alongside others in the community. 

Playing is easy--you must have a FitBit or Apple Health product so that your measurements can be synced. From there, you'll receive points for every step, minute of activity and calorie burned:

1,000 steps = 1 point
10 minutes of activity = 1 point
100 calories burned = 1 point

The top three highest scorers at the end of the challenge will each win a $100 gift certificate to Varsity Sports.
