 Points accrued daily as follows:


Food - 5 points - Food is all or nothing! 5 points for following your plan perfectly or 0 points for any deviation. 

Hydration - 1 point - 1/3 - 1/2 in ounces of bodyweight 

Exercise - 1 point - EVERY day. 

Mobility - 1 point - 10 min of rolling and stretching 

Sleep - 1 point - minimum 7 hours

Reporting - 1 point -  nightly report of points and daily contribution to the private facebook page.
