Description:

Welcome to the Astoria Bank Spring Into Action 8 for 8 Challenge.  For 8 weeks we want you to participate in 8 activities per day, this includes weekends. The challenge starts on Monday, May 15th and ends on Sunday, July 9th. You earn 1 point for each daily activity you answer "true" plus you can earn up to 5 points for the number of fruits and vegetables you eat each day. The maximum daily points you can earn is 12 points, 84 points for the week and 672 points for the entire 8 week challenge.  You are eligible for an award when you obtain the following point levels, 150, 250, 350, 450 and 525.  Each point level you will have a choice of award.  To see the awards click on "view awards".  Don't worry about completing all activities, the goal is to focus on one or two meaningful activities and do them consistently throughout the 8 week challenge!
