Spring into Summer Wellness Challenge
Starts on May 1 and runs through June 11!
This is an individual competition focusing on overall wellness. The entire challenge length will be a step challenge and additional 5 day weeks with kicker events for extra points!
You have 8 days after the date to input your information.
Each 1000 steps = 1 point (max up 25 points/ day)
Kicker Competitions: (possibility of extra kickers to come!)
May 8-12: Drink at least 75 fl oz of water/day for 5 point/day
May 15-19: Walk 20 minutes during the day for 5 point/day
May 22-26: Sleep at least 7 hours/day for 5 point/day
- Achieve 400 points and you will receive 1 raffle ticket entry.
- Every additional 100 points = 1 additional raffle entry (no max)
- 3 names pulled at the end for $100 E-Star points!
