Description:

Welcome to the Live Well Move More Challenge. This program starts April 3rd and runs through May 15th.

Move more and get points! Track and record your movement daily for a chance to receive a $50 Visa gift card. Each activity is worth a specific number of points, keep track of your daily movement to get a minimum of 30 points per week. Each week one randomly selected participant will receive a $10 Kroger gift card. At the end of the challenge, the participant with the highest score will receive the grand prize of a $50 Visa gift card. 

Remember to push yourself during this challenge and move more!

If you have a fitness tracker you may use it to record your steps by registering it with the website. The tracker button on the right will help you set up your device. 

Point Values:

Biking: Every 30 minutes equals 2 points

Running: Every mile equals 2 points

Dedicated Physical Activity: Every 30 minutes equals 2 points

Swimming: Every 30 minutes equals 2 points

Stretching: Every 15 minutes equals 1 point

Dancing: Every 30 minutes equals 1 point

Walking:Every 2,000 steps equals 1 point
