Enter your minutes of moderate physcial activity daily. Examples: walking, running, weighlifting, sports, yoga or other classes, working around the house, etc!!
Enter via text, mobile app, fitness device or Challenge Runner website (see HR email for more detailed instructions). This is honor-based.
We are encouraging you to exercise at least 30 minutes each day!
MAX ENTRY = 60 mins/day (keeps fair for those not running marathons)
Winner will be the "most active employee"!!
