Description:

To lose weight, become healthier, or maintain our personal wellness, we should take at least 10,000 steps each day. For the next four weeks, BWell is challenging YOU, Badger Meter employees, from beginning fitness levels to all-star athletes, to participate in the BWell “10,000 Steps Challenge”. To track your steps, you can use your own tracking device (Fitbit, Fuel band, Garmin, etc.,) an app on your mobile phone, your pedometer from last year’s challenge, or if you do not have access to any of these options a pedometer will be provided for you. Start the journey of becoming healthier and receive rewards for your efforts along the way!
