Hoofin' It Through the Holidays
November 14 – December 30

How will it work?
» Achieve a minimum of 150 active minutes of exercise each week
   (that's only 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week!)
» Drink a minimum of 64 oz. of water a day
» Record your active exercise minutes & water consumption for each day
   (Meeting the water consumption minimum receives 1 point per day. You can still win if you
   don’t meet that goal every day!)

What are active minutes?
Active minutes count if the activity you're doing is more strenuous than regular walking, which includes everything from a brisk walk, a cardio workout, yoga or a hike.
Go to the Aegis in Action Facebook page for a list of acceptable activities.

What's in it for you?
» 1st PLACE: $300 Amazon gift card for the person with the highest number of cumulative active minutes
» 2nd PLACE: $200 Amazon gift card for the person with the 2nd highest number of cumulative active minutes
» $25 Amazon gift card for everyone who completes both parts of the challenge each week for the duration of the challenge  (150 minutes a week + 64 oz. water per day x 6 weeks)

Activities can be done anytime, anywhere; however, active minutes and water consumption must be recorded by 11:59 pm Sunday night for the prior week. 

NOTE: The final week (December 26 - 30) is different!  All entries must be complete by 11:59 pm for that day.

Make sure you are on the correct date when logging in your active minutes and water consumption.
