Welcome!

The Challenge is open to All Calder Team Members and will run from Monday, October 31st through Wednesday, November 30th.

Team Members who reach the following weekly Health Goal will be awarded... so anyone can win! We will also award the Team Member with the most steps walked at the end of each week.

Week One: 5000 Steps Daily/35000 per Week

Week Two: 6000 Steps Daily/42000 per Week

Week Three: 7000 Steps Daily/49000 per Week

Week Four (10 Days): 8000 Steps Daily/80000 per Week

Once you enrolled into the Calder Step Challenge, please select a tracker to sync to the database. Click on "Tracker" and select the app/device you would like to use.

If you are unable to sync an app to the database (preferred method) you have two options. Both will require a pedometor or an walking app to know how many steps you walked.

1. Enter steps manually in the "Steps Walked" Field at the end of each day. (You can also add steps for any previous days by changing the "Log Date" or

2. Text number of steps walked at the end of each day to 513-393-8843. You will need to save your phone number under your profile first in order for this to work.
